Alfalfa
Alfalfa boasts a high protein and fibre content and is considered to lower cholesterol levels. It has been used in Ayurveda for centuries to improve poor digestion and relieve symptoms of arthritis. It is also high in vitamin A and C, calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.

Amla
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is sour and astringent in taste and is known in Ayurveda for balancing all three doshas. High in vitamin C, amla is anti-infammatory, antioxidant and considered to enhance digestion, reduce fever, support the heart and promote hair growth.

Asparagus
Boasting anti-inflammatory properties, Asparagus is thought to reduce the symptoms of arthritis and asthma. It is high in vitamin C and A, zinc, manganese and selenium, and boasts a high fibre and protein content.

Conesi Seeds
The seeds of 'wrightia tinctoric' (also known as 'Indrajav'), are grown in several parts of India and are considered an aphrodisiac. The seeds are bitter and astringent and are believed to support general health and vitality, as well as reducing hypertension.
